The Ladies of Sacred Heart had their last meeting for the year on Wed., May 10, 2023 at 11:15 a.m. at Mary Nash's home.  Thank you to everyone for helping with our projects so far.  Especially the First Communion and Confirmation Receptions.  See you in September when we resume our meetings.

     The Sacred Heart Ladies Guild is comprised of ladies from our parish.  The guild meets the second Wednesday of the month during the school year in Gabriel Hall at 10:30 a.m.  The meeting usually lasts about 1 1/2 hours with lunch and fellowship after the meeting.  The Guild serves our parish in our call to love and serve one another.  All women of the church are welcome to join!
     Meetings include fellowship, programs and planning of service activities.  The purpose of the Ladies Guild is to foster spiritual growth, to schedule occasions of social entertainment and to encourage community participation, provide aid both spiritually and materially to the parish in all its endeavors and to the community at large.
     The Guild has always helped with the receptions for First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Christmas Party and also responsible for handling the Catholic Women's League Luncheon every other year.  We help and encourage the priests of our parsih.  We help with Heritage Manor nursing home at christmas.  We also sell Catholic Calendars during advent as a service project to our church.  We help the other organizations of our church with cooking for the Bereavement Committee and Pastoral Council with their picnic and PSR.  We have fundraisers to help raise money to support ourselves at least once a year.  We are a service organization and want to continue to help the church with its needs.
     If you are new to our parish and would like to join us for fellowship, fun and service.  We would love to see you at our next meeting and to get to know you and you us.
